Abstract

In this article, the author presents the first translation in Italian, with the Latin text and commentary from a medieval quaestio found among the writings of Thomas Aquinas. The introduction describes the status quaestionis on the problem of the authenticity of the work. After the commentary on the text, and with the analysis of the sources and the many parallel texts of Thomas, the author shows the deep unity between the Thomasian doctrine and the contents of the quaestio.
